Inaugural Tour De Habitat 2011

Description

Join us on May 1, 2011 for the UW-Madison Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter's Inaugural Tour de Habitat 2011. The tour consists of a 25 or 50 mile tour of Madison and the surrounding areas. Take your friends, family, coworkers, or cycling buddies. Tour areas of Madison including:

• UW Arboretum
• UW Campus
• Lake Mendota
• Lake Monona

Details

Date: Sunday, May 1, 2011
Check-in Time: 8:30AM
Tour Start Time: Every 10 minutes from 9AM - 930AM
Cost: $25 for Pre-Event Registration, $30 at the event

• All pre-registrants are guaranteed T-Shirts on race day. T-Shirts are available on event day while supplies last.
• All participants will be given complimentary race "fuel" (at rest stops) and also a lunch after. Rest stops will feature water/Gatorade, snacks such as fruit, granola bars. The first rest stop of the 25-mile tour will have beverages only.
• Tours will start and end in Vilas park (Vilas Dr. next to the Zoo). There will be registration/check-in tables at the event.

Pledging

Pledges are optional, but encouraged. Download the Pledge Sheet to get started.
Pledges will be collected on event day. Prizes will be awarded to top fundraisers.
