About Huffin


Huffin' for Habitat is an annual 5k run/3k walk that was started in 2004. In 2010, we had over 200 event participants. The course is on campus and starts near the lakeshore dorms then runs along the Lake Mendota, enjoying a variety of terrain. Generally the course is relatively flat and runs slightly fast. All proceeds from the race directly benefit Habitat for Humanity and its mission of building safe, affordable, and simple homes locally and internationally. Thank you for your interest!

Location: UW Natatorium

Check-in: 8AM - 10AM

Race Start: 10:30AM

Registration Includes: T-Shirt, day of gift bag, post-race refreshments like fruit and Gatorade, and awards for top finishers

Registration Options: Early Bird guarantees shirt day-of, others available while supplies last and after the event. Payment must be received by the date listed. **EACH TEAM MEMBER must register separately**
