As more and more individuals become aware of the pervasive problem that is poverty housing, and the realty of the solution that is Habitat for Humanity, we can end this injustice.

UW Habitat has set specific goals to spread the word, here are a few:

Immediate Initiatives

• To increase membership awareness of housing related problems
• To noticeably increase the UW campus awareness of housing related issues
• To engage the leadership team to actively educate peers

Long term Direction

• Become a dominate and vocal campus chapter as recognized by UW SOO
• Constantly increase dedicated membership
• Disburse both problem and solution of housing to >50% of student body
