11/22/2003 - Grab your screwguns and let the drywalling begin! In other news, breaking foam over our heads is fun.
11/15/2003 - We got a ton done this week! We finished the insulation, and put up vapor barriers over it. We did some framing, caulking, and put in some vent taps. With the insulation in, it's going to be warm(er) inside...YAY!
11/08/2003 - We built a four-story scaffold to assist with siding.
10/11/2003 - After a slow start, our mad shingling skills kicked into gear and we finished half the roof. A ground crew did some landscaping, and it didn't rain on us
10/04/2003 - Finished tar papering the roof!
09/27/2003 - Raise The Roof ceremony to celebrate beginning the new project, and the first group of workers begins construction. The foundation has been laid and the walls have been built on this house, but there's still plenty more for us hardworking Habitat members to do. We're off to a great start! |
